  1. Each FOAMSAFE™ Fire Alert System will cover approximately 180 degrees. It has a hemispherical field of view, so does not need to face the flame or arc. The FOAMSAFE™ FireAlert System is on guard 24 hours day.
  2. When your FOAMSAFE™ Fire Alert System spots a fire, the transmitter instantly relays this message to a phone dialer on the property. The dialer then alerts the property owner with an audible alarm, while it dials up to four phone numbers programmed into the dialer. A recorded message then provides the name and address of the property owner, along with the message that a fire has been detected. You can have the FOAMSAFE™ Fire Alert System call you, the fire department, and up to two other phone numbers, letting those you choose to know that your fire detector has detected a fire with in 1/2 mile of your property.
  3. The FOAMSAFE™ Fire Alert System can be powered by batteries (need to be changed once per year) or solar power. A solar-powered FOAMSAFE™ Fire Alert System can operate for years without maintenance, and is not affected by power outages.
  4. The FOAMSAFE™ Fire Alert System can be mounted on each side of a structure, or post, giving 360 degrees of fire sensing and alarm. Your property will be protected 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Fire Alert System will call you when it activates, giving you time to return home and prepare to evacuate if required. In addition an audible alarm will sound to notify anyone near the property that a fire has been detected within up to 1/2 mile.
